If you received your item and it is not the same size that you ordered, you may request an exchange. Photo verification is required to verify that the wrong size item was received. Our policy lasts 7 days upon receipt of your package. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached. Garments that have been damaged in any way will not be exchanged or refunded. Footwear items must include the original packaging and must be in original condition.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox and both must be in original condition.
We currently do not accept returns for items which were bought on sale or based upon discrepancies of color, texture, feel, design, logo placement, etc. differences of that which might compare to the photo imagery on this website of any particular product.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping times are estimates only, we do not guarantee that an item will be shipped by a specific date. Refunds are not eligible for items that accrue longer shipping times than expected. We do not offer returns for items which were maligned / damaged during the shipping process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
